Get Stronger Pecs & Triceps! (It’s not as hard as you think)
There was a good response to my last blog post about 6 pack abs, so I thought I would share another workout tip with you… Do you wish you had a stronger & more sculpted chest? Do you wish your triceps were stronger, leaner, or bigger? One of the best possible ways to build your chest muscle is by doing simple push-ups! It’s a classic exercise that has been used for 100’s if not 1000’s of years. The trouble with push-ups, is that they can cause your wrists to fatigue and are not the most comfortable exercise in the world because of this. It’s helpful to have a “tool” to help you do those push-ups. (sort of like have a tool to help you do abdominal exercises) Ok, so what is the tool to help with push-ups you ask? What could possibly make push-ups more enjoyable and more comfortable?
The key to making push-ups more enjoyable & comfortable, which will make you actually WANT to do them more (that is key) is using simple push-up bars. Once you try doing push-ups with push-up bars, you won’t want to do conventional push-ups ever again! With your hands gripping the bars, rather than palms flat on the ground, it gives the exercise an entirely different feel. If you have never tried push-up bars, you won’t believe it! So go ahead, try them out! I’d recommend buying not just the push-up bars, but also try the ab wheel. Those two products alone, if used regularly, will put you on the path to a stronger and leaner body without the use of any weights at all!
Some more information about about push-ups:
A push-up, or in British English a press-up, is a common calisthenics exercise performed in a prone position by lowering the body using the arms. Push-ups exercise the pectoral muscles and triceps, with ancillary benefits to the deltoids, serratus anterior, coracobrachialis and the midsection as a whole. Push-ups are a basic exercise used in civilian athletic training or physical education and commonly in military physical training. They are also a common form of punishment used in the military or in school sport.
