We receive a lot of freight shipments here at Makais. Since we sell a wide selection of sports & outdoors products, we get all sorts of freight deliveries. Unfortunately, shipping freight is not nearly as simple (or gentle) as shipping small parcel via carriers such as FedEx or UPS. Occasionally we get freight deliveries that are far from perfect. But hey, it’s all part of the fun of ecommerce. 
Check out the pic below of a delivery we took yesterday. This one was even missing some planks from the bottom of the pallet. Yikes!
