Whenever I go on a backpacking or camping trip, I love to bring along a little peanut butter to make some peanut butter and honey sandwiches, usually on a little flat/pita bread. Problem is, peanut butter is heavy! So I normally try to eat it as one of my very first meals, so I can cut the weight. I was happy to learn about this new powdered peanut butter product from Bell Plantation, which looks awesome! I have never tried this out, but it looks like you just mix it up with water and you get some good ‘ol natural peanut butter. Has anyone tried this? Have you?
